This policy explains how A-Square Technologies ("we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in the business software and messaging services we build and operate for our clients.
Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- In services we operate for clients: the business messages users send to a client's WhatsApp business number or other channel (for example orders or bookings), the sender's phone number and profile name, and the documents generated in reply.
- Technical data: logs needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as request times and error details.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide our services.
- To process business messages into the client's business system, ask for missing details and send back the resulting documents.
- To keep the services secure, reliable and auditable.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Messaging (WhatsApp Business Platform)
Where a client's service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, messages are exchanged through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Only people the client has authorised can use such a service; messages from anyone else receive a short reply and are not processed further.
Sharing
We share information only with the client on whose behalf a service runs, and with the infrastructure providers needed to run it (such as Microsoft Azure and Meta), under their data-protection terms. We disclose information where required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored in secured cloud services, with access limited to authorised personnel and secrets held in managed key stores. We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the client's records obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping requirements. Where we process data on behalf of a client, we will pass your request to that client.
